By providing the patrons of the event with a personal radio they will be able to move about the venue while remaining in touch with the air show announcer, or listen in on the aircraft comms.  The patron is no longer required to stand on the flight line to listen to the announcements.  Now they can enjoy the action that is going on overhead from everywhere.
